1. Subscription and Payments
1.1. Monthly Commitment: By choosing our monthly subscription, you consent to a recurring obligation of $3.99 every month. This commitment auto-renews monthly, and the dues will be levied against your chosen payment medium unless terminated.
1.3. Managing Subscriptions: To modify or terminate your subscription, please follow the instructions provided on our account settings page and continue within your device's settings. Depending on your device, you can typically manage app-related subscriptions from the main settings area.
2.1. Proprietary Rights: Content on our Services, including but not limited to graphics, text, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of Pawsigns or its licensors. These assets are safeguarded under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2.2. Usage Permission: In adherence to these Terms, Pawsigns grants you a circumscribed, non-transferrable, revocable, and non-exclusive permission to access and employ our Services for personal and non-commercial endeavors. Unauthorized reproduction or modification of any of our Services' content is prohibited.
3. Liability Restrictions
3.1. Services Provision: Our Services are provided "as is" and "subject to availability." Pawsigns disclaims any claims of accuracy, reliability, or comprehensiveness. All horoscopes and related content are strictly for entertainment and should not be considered factual. Pawsigns is not responsible for any actions or decisions based on the content.
3.2. Responsibility Limitation: In accordance with applicable laws, Pawsigns, alongside its affiliates and representatives, is exempt from any consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or indirect damages, irrespective of their origination from or association with the Services.
4. Account Management
4.1. Deleting Account: If you wish to delete your Pawsigns account, please navigate to 'Account Settings'. Here, you'll find an option to 'Delete Account'. By doing so, all your account data including email address and password will be permanently removed from our system.
5. Legal Governing and Jurisdiction
5.1. Applicable Law: These Terms are determined and interpreted in line with New York state law, devoid of its conflict of law principles.
5.2. Disputes Settlement: Discrepancies stemming from or linked to these Terms or our Services fall under the exclusive authority of state and federal courts located in New York, NY. These Terms are applicable to individuals residing in the USA or Canada.
